1. Advantages vs. wood acoustic panels?

2. Advantages vs. fiberglass panels?
<p>No airborne fibers, softer touch, and easier to cut (no PPE required).</p>
3. Maintenance requirements?
<p>Vacuum or wipe with damp cloth – no special treatments needed.</p>
4. Can it be painted?
<p>Not recommended – we offer 700+ color options with UV-stable dyes instead.</p>
5. How to integrate lighting?
<p>Laser-cut perforations allow seamless LED strip embedding (min. 5mm spacing).</p>
6. Can it replace fabric wall coverings?
<p>Yes, with 3x the durability (scratch-resistant) and no stretching/sagging.</p>
7. Good for walls or ceilings?
<p>Works equally well – ceilings optimize sound absorption; walls add aesthetic value.</p>
8. Adhesive vs. mechanical fixing?
<p>Both work – we recommend low-VOC acrylic adhesives or hidden clips for seamless looks.</p>
9. Can panels be cut on-site?
<p>Easily trimmed with utility knives or CNC cutting machines.</p>
10. What fire ratings do you have?
<p>Class B-s1,d0 (EN13501), ASTM E84 Class A, and GB8624 B1 standards.</p>
11. Carbon footprint?
Just 1.8kg CO₂ e/m².
12. Any VOC emissions?
<p>Zero VOC (CDPH/EHLB compliant), safe for schools/hospitals.</p>
13. Are Jiadian PET acoustic panels recyclable?
Yes, 100% Recyclable PET. We use min. 50% post-consumer recycled content.
14. Best for echo control or blocking sound?
Designed for echo reduction (reverb time cut by 1.5sec in 50m² rooms). For sound blocking, pair with mass-loaded vinyl.
15. How effective are PET acoustic panels for noise reduction?
Our 9mm panels achieve NRC 0.80 (tested per ASTM C423), absorbing 80%+ of mid-to-high frequency noise (500Hz-4kHz).
